Love, love, LOVE to go running on this trail! Highly recommended for walking, running, biking, picnics, playing with kids and pets, or for a good place to take special occasion photos.

Awesome trail Mild elevation and good signage. Started at KY horsepark and took half way down to Coldstream trailhead. Able to get some horses on a quick detour. Great time!!!!!!!!!!

The beauty and the upkeep of the trail is wildly beautiful. The hills are getting manageable due to me still learning how to use the gears on my bike. I've always ridden beach bikes - look mum, no gears! My co-riders will roll their eyes at this cos the hills are just bumps to them. They also have bike-fixing stations which is awesome.

Legacy Bike Trail is a nice trail. Challenging and pretty. Lexington Parks has installed some great restrooms too!

Great place for running! The lot is a little small but there was only 2 other cars there when I was there.

Beautiful place, even if not taking the bike trail. Plenty of parking, easy to get into, and different from Lexington's other parks in that this one seems to he quieter than other Lexington parks. A few amenities, even though then soccer field is over grown.

love this Lexington bike trail. We often bike from Coldstream Park trail head 4.5 miles to the Kentucky Horse Park trail head. If we want to put in a couple extra miles we either ride to the trail end along Ironworks Pike or around the camping grounds. The trail is paved and wide. It does have a few challenging hills and very scenic.
